I brought a 2010 liquid platium G37x with prem and nav last weekend  :mike

but they didnt have any "x" models with my options and color in the southeast... so im getting one shipped from Ohio...

Since i have to wait they are having my windows tinted before i even pick of the car :woot:

ill have pics up this weekend... :yesnod

Infiniti of South Atlanta made me a deal i couldn't pass up and their service is amazing. So today is my last day with my 2005 G35x, its bitter sweet :)

Im thinking about doing the black front grill...

What was this "deal". Those guys are not known for really good prices. Infiniti of Gwinnett has always beat them...If you haven't made any concrete deals, I'd highly recommend you at least talk with them.

Here's the guy who hooked me up when South Atlanta tried to screw me...

i paid just a little above base MSRP with prem and nav after taxes and fees and I got the 2.9% financing... :yesnod

they gave me every incentive i guess cause it was the end of the month  they made the car cost what i was willing to pay a month. I was very surprised they did that, but i'm happy they did  cause i wasnt budging on what i was willing to pay for the car. They seemed more concerned with selling the car than making a profit on it. buyers market i guess...

my guy was Andre Goolsby of Infiniti of South Atlanta.

Wow. everyone is trading their first gens away... I think I should be next. But I'm waiting for the V37 models in 2012. It might take that long for me to save up for one... Congrats Kareem!

How much exactly? If you paid more than 39k out the door, you paid too much. MSRP on my 2009 was 41,600. (NAV, Sport, Premium, splash guards, trunk mat) I paid 34k...37k after TTT. Now I did get an extra $1,800 incentive for getting the 09 vs. the 2010, so with your options, you should be around 36k for the car.

do you know all the incentives available out there to be sure you got everything available? also, you shouldn't negotiate based on your monthly payment, rather, the selling price of the car. there are lots of factors they can manipulate to get your payments to where you want while still making more $. you should always negotiate the selling price of the car. don't talk about monthy payments, lease or buy, or trade in until the sellig price of the car is agreed on.

I have a spreadsheet that calculates out the door price and some monthly payments based on interest rates and other variables. I can email to you.
YOU NEED TO KNOW
Negotiated price of car (after they have deducted 'dealer cash')
Trade In Allowance (if any)
Trade Payoff amount (if any)
Tag Cost (transfer or new)
Doc Fee
Down payment
Rebate Amount (don't think Infiniti does Rebates ever)
Tax Rate

If you don't know ALL of these values, you NEED to find out!!!
Seems like GA has a 7 percent tax rate?? :gotme

OK, GUESSING that you got the Cars Direct Target price for you 2010X with prem & Nav (which is usually a little higher than what you should negotiate.)
And, assuming 55 for tag, 589 doc fee, and 7 percent tax with no trade and no downpayment,
I have you at $40,592.45 out the door.
BUT, you should be able to do better than Cars Direct!!

When I was looking several months ago, there was $2K dealer cash available...And, I was looking at getting it at invoice. So, with all of the other guestimates, it would be $38773.45 out the door.

And, you got 2.9 % for how many months??
If you want to calculate yourself, then find an auto calculator
http://www.kbb.com/car-loans-and-auto-i ... calculator& (click the What Will My Monthly Payment Be? tab)

put in terms 2.9 % for 60 months financing $1,000....this gives you monthly payments per $1k... $17.92
.THEN, divide your $39K amount by 1000 and multiply by the monthly payment for $1k
$39 x $17.92 = $698.88 per month

2.9 @ 72 months for 1000 would be $15.15
$39 x $15.15 = $590.85 per month

SO, if you know what RATES & MONTHS you qualify for, you can get the costs per $1,000 like above (17.92 and 15.15) and carry those figures into the dealership with you. Then, all you need is the out the door price divide it by 1000 and multiply by that figure.
They will let you borrow a calculator.
And, YES, you ZERO out all fields below except for the rate, 1000, and months.
