Some may say it's dumb, but if I end up getting an upgrade from 12Mb to 1Gb, then hooray Topeka city council!

Man, I'd happily live in Google, Utah for cheap 1Gbps.

If we get it, I'll have to upgrade routers since mine is only 10/100. I plan on doing so sometime, but not till I get a large NAS/Server.

Man I hope so! If so, who knows how long it'll take to get the infrastructure completed. I'd love to have an ftp to host home video's and other stuff to my family. Our (wife and mine) extended family is pretty big!

Depending on the connection speed, I'd even hook up some choice NICO members with some multimedia.
