Alright guys, i have red/orange g35 sedan (2003) and am about to tint my windows, my question is...should i tint them black or silver???And also...what do you guys think i should do to my car to make it better? Thanx. Here are some pics...[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Unless you drive only during the day, any kind of tint screws up night vision. The darker the tint, the worse the visibility. Therefore, I would vote for no tint at all.

black usually looks good on most colors. silver on the other hand, imo looks a bit ricey... but thats just my .02! can't go wrong with black, but pictures should help give a better idea.

The only time silver looks remotely good is grey/silver cars, and that's only on high end cars that can maintain their clean look and not look like

But it all really comes down do to what you like....you're the one that's gotta see it every day =)

Like for example if you're gonna roll some chrome rims....then it might look a'ight, if that's your thing

Honestly if you ask me, this may be a stupid idea to some people but I have seen it and really think it looks great...if you get like a 35% tint all around (where the back windows arent any darker than the front 2) it can make a car look nicer. I'm not sure on the exact percentages, but having the limo tint just looks stupid to me. I'd go with a slight tint all around to have it keep the classy infiniti look....but to some people, getting just a slight tint isnt worth the money...

In my opinion tint always looks good just dont go overboard. It also depends on where you live. I work in the middle east and live in texas so the heat is a factor. A little tint goes a long way and just makes jumping in yer car more pleasent instead of waiting for A/C to try and keep up to the giant magnifing glass. As for other upgrades the possibilities are endless just know that its all going to cost $ But on the other hand its all worth it. best thing i did with my G is add a set of coil over suspension. Mine is also a coupe and i run it on the track. As for a sedan i might stay factory suspension and focus on wheels and some HP. Good luck and have fun doing it!

I think black looks best. I went with 35% on side windows and 28% on rear glass. It is harder to see at night but you'll get used to it. Now I can back-up just as fast as I could with no tint.

Unless it is a really modern high class car the silver would look to ricey.

I think. I never seen a G with it tho.
