for me in my area, hell yeah! looks to be a good series 2 chassis, the pic's aren't the greatest but the pans appear to have been replaces, if they were welded and sealed in good then yeah it's a bargain, the paint looks presentable, and the hatch rust isn't too big a deal especially as it's an area thats covered most of the time, if it were in my neighborhood I'd own ti already!

Hmmnnn... how is the engine? You can find many Zs in non rust places at similar prices.... if the car grabs your heart than the work will be a pleasure. If your heart is not w/ her it might be a drag.
