I think there is a vac diagram early on in the FSM, but it's not as great as I'd like it to be. Which vac connections specifically did you want to know about?

There are only a handful of connectors on the intake mani, here's the ones I can remember off the top of my head:

1) Evap - little nipple under the throttle body, connects to the charcoal canister then to the gas tank

2) PCV - connects from PCV valve to pass valve cover, then to drivers valve cover, then to post MAF/pre turbo pipe

3) Air Reg - connects to bigger inlet near throttle body. Other end connects to post MAF/pre turbo pipe.

4) AAC - connects to post maf/pre turbo pipe.

5) FPR - connects to the nipple on the front of the coolant bleeder/vac block on the front of the upper manifold

5) Brake Booster - Connects to the rear of the intake manifold

6) Wastegate - connects to compressor outlet, pre TB

7) BOV - connects to inlet pipe post compressor, pre TB

I think I'm missing a couple but that should get you going in the right direction. Anyone want to fill in the gaps or make any corrections?
