2.) Check out
http://www.tirerack.com and visit their top three installers in your area. Interview them and choose wisely.
3.) Read the FSM SES section.

4.) See 3.) above and read the posts here. No tune up, just regular maintenance.
5.) See 2.) above. Get the tension rod bushings from Joe when you get the suspension and AT parts. Check if installer has a press or access to one.
