Dont lie, one search would yield you tons of answers... but since iv flamed 10 newbs straight for the same problem (not researching) you have won the newb prize! INFO!You will need a front clip (Well thats the cheapest way to go, if you dont want to buy a custom radiator and etc parts) since you have a 89, same as me. That 2500 wont buy one right now... you need some tax with that. Going price on a s13 fc is about 2500, without shipping. Just the complete engine is about 22-2300, without shipping. Then your going to need some misc parts (tachometer, and if you want, power steering) thats gonna cost you under 200 for all that. If you get the fc, ac shouldnt be a problem except for refilling the freon. (costs more $$) Your worried about engine mounts? If they are damaged you can buy nismo mounts for about 200 i think. Also dont forget little things like oil and the heater hose your going to need ... Then you need an exhaust or you fry ur turbo right away (apexi n1 is my choice) with a 3' downpipe. I would say the swap into a 89 is still worth it, just a little more complicated than a 91-93 s13. ( they dont have to swap tachs or power steering lines) But its well worth it in the end :) I bought mine from http://www.venus-auto.com, thats one source, or try Daunttless's shop. (If anyone ever says i dont help newbs im gonna send em this)

i found a site called flash options that offers a front clip for $1,600 but i thought that was a little to cheap so i emailed them all kinds of questions about there clips. they claim the turbo is good. if anyone has any info about this cheaply priced company i would be greatly appreciative.

also in repliance to 89sxrcr the venus auto link didnt work for me

You get what you pay for. If its 1600 dollars then either they are losing money and really nice guys or their engines are borderline $hit.

The mounts will line up. And yeah, you definitely get what you pay for. I wouldn't pay less than $2500 for a front clip, unless I was ABSOLUTELY sure what condition it was in.
