I need some major help please

I have a 1991 240sx with a black top s13 swap and i done everthing by the manual. Got my harness done by yuri. Im gettin fuel to the injectors, all my coilpacks are good, gettin spark on every single one. So i know thier all good and i know my ignitors good. Walbros hooked up correctly and every thing. Turns over and everything, just doesnt start and running...sounds like it wants too, i dont know its my injectors or what...they may not be getting signal...What do you guys think i could be....really need some help here..thanks...

Check fuel and spark.

Try jumping the starter just for kicks.

oh i have, it turns over and cranks its doesnt start, got spark and fuel
