i need some info on my 1992 240sx SE

i need some simple upgrades i could do because im 17 and this is my first car. im not to smart when it come to cars but if u have any simple upgrade i could do without aftermarket parts i would appreciate it. THANKYOUwhat color should i paint my car (original color is burgandy)

start with a tune up if it hasent been done already. new spark plugs/wires, distributor cap, air filter, fuel filter, oil and filter, o2 sesor

Welcome to the boards. There are tons of things you could do to the 240sx. It just depends on what you want to accomplish with your car. Here are some tips I found helpful when I bought my 240 and joined NICO:

1. Search, search, search. You'll notice that a huge portion of NICO is dedicated to the 240sx. Chances are, whatever you are thinking about doing has been discussed before. Read up on your options, then go from there.

2. Download the FSM (Factory Service Manual). Thanks to NICO, you can probably find it here on the boards. This is where I found mine. (It's a big download... >150mb)

3. Get your hands dirty. The more involved you are in maintaining and repairing your car the more satisfying (and affordable!) modifying it will be.

So check that stuff out and enjoy your car! (And keep it burgandy, that's such a sweet color on the 240sx.)
