I need some help with this

what do these hose fittings connect to? Also, why the hell is the only wiring help on this website dvd? ive been a member for a a while and i dont remember having to pay for help, but i am having some wiring issues. if anyone knows of somewhere i can get some free help with my wiring please let me know. im having trouble uploading the image. its the part above the turbo on the driver side. its got 2 hose fittings and 1 vacuum tube fitting. i know where the vacuum tube goes but i dont know where the two hoses go. i also NEED a wiring diagram. Especially one that shows whats unecessary. i mean, the wires the motor came with, the wires attached to the car AND the harness. thanks for the help
