Whats some good choices for a cooling system for an rb20det in a 240sx without having to do a lot of cutting and welding to make the radiator fit...:help

Use a race radiator for the S13, Koyo makes some nice ones and so does FAL. Just some options. They should bolt right in and use the factory mounts.
