i need some help!!!

ok heres the story...i just recently got my 91 240 with an Sr20det swap in it. the first thing is that it had an exhaust leek with the turbo gaskets. so we replaced that today and when it was done it was runnig great boostin like hell and all i loved it...we tested it out for like an half hour to an hour and then it started havin idle problems. then it was weird like it went into limp mode, like how the fuel like cuts off at 2300 rpms but this is weird i can bypass it. like it will jerk hard at 2300 but can still keep going...what in the world could this be. i have checked and used the search button and not much has come up does anything know what it could be??? please help p.s i posted this in both the Sr RWD section and 240sx section

is it boosting? check your cold pipe and hot pipe for leaks. vacuum leaks will make it run ****ty like that. when i first got mine running i kept popping the cold pipe connection and i couldnt get it to boost one and hard to get it over 2500 rpm.... good luck let me know how u make out

hey heres the update...after everything we went through it ended up being the TPS throttle positioning sensor i have to get a new one...we went ahead and took it out and it fixed the problem. the car idiles a lil weird at some times but that will change when i put the new one in. thanks a lot man for your info. i have to do a lot of work to this car before it really will be where i want it. the previous owner we found out did some stupid stuff when doin the engine swap. stuff i would never reommend doing so now we just have to trace back his mistakes and fix them. thanks againp.s its boooOOOOSSSTTIIINNNGGG great lol im so excited....
