I need some help Graphic Design/shotoshop!!! Please

So I really need some help from someone. I really like the Nico Windshield banner but I want mine to be a little different. I want to create a banner something like this. However I suck with designing stuff and I was hopping someone could help me I will be forever in your debt
So basically all im looking for is the NICO logo and then 2 bars on one side and 2 more bars on extending on the other side and my forum name on the bottom bar. The Nico logo and bars will be white and my forum name will be black...

so i re-did this i didn't know if you wanted to keep it original, so i got the old picture & spiced it up a bit, i know you only wanted black & white but when i think Nissan, i think Nismo so i did the red O...



i kinda want this on my car now lol
anyways weather you use this or not, it was fun!!

Here you go, just did a quick mock up in illustrator. So if you do like this, I can email you the vector version perfect for any print shop to make a vinyl banner.

with all this changing ppl are making, and how the "NICO" is looking. doesn't really look like NICO anymore. when u see the word NICO, u recognize it right away because it is used the same way everywhere... now it's just starting to look weird IMO
