OK so the stock suspension on S14 (95) is in pretty sad shape right now (boots are nowhere to be found even) and I was looking for a little help on what direction I should go with this. MY 240 is, for all intents and purposes, my beater so I don;t want to spend a whole lot on the replacements (I have the heavily modded Z32 for that stuff). I was looking for a step up from stock (Its an SE so i do have somewhat decent anti-roll bars, or so i think) Is my best bet to just go on tire rack and look for thier "performance" oem style replacement or would i be better off looking at something else.

Get some KYB shocks.. 15% stiffer than stock, and TEIN S-tech's.. 1"ish drop, and stiffer. Not too expensive either

yeah a set of kyb gr2's can be had for less than stock shocks and they are a little stiffer, or you can sack up and get the agx's for more money but at least you can consider it a performance adjustable shock system instead of a lame replacement shock. Tein lowering springs are dirt cheap on ebay and have a lifetime warranty... plus theyre jdm
