i put an underdrive pulley system on my NA Z and i guess i ended up stripping the power steering belt pulley. the bolt that holds it on it pretty stripped and the nut that holds it on is to, is there any way to fix this without buying a whole new pump and pulley

Wait, are you talking about the tensioning bracket? The tensioning bracket is replaceable, but is a PITA to do nonetheless.

Otherwise, you would be talking about the actual bolt to hold the pulley on, in which case, if you can't get it out with a bolt extractor, you're pretty much boned.

ya its the actual bolt that goes through the pulley and holds it on, it stripped out somehow so now i think i have to buy a whole new pump just because the pulley stripped out the gear piece it holds to :bang

my buddy did the same thing on his 240, its cheaper to rebuild rather than buy a new one but the main shaft in the pump is messed up
