I know the KA's got about 400cc displacement giving it more torque over the SR, and i wanted to know if anybody knows of some parts to help add more torque to the SR, exluding a stroker kit.

Somebody feel free to tell me if I am wrong, but bumping up the compression a bit will give you some more torque, it will also help the turbo spool up quicker giving that "instant power" sort of feel that really torquey motors have.

Yes, you are right in that bumping up the compression a bit on any engine will give you more torque. However, the better solution would be.... stay with the current compression or lower it a bit and boost away. And higher compression on a FI engine can be quite risky...

I second the lower gear ratio rear end....can't wait till I swap it over from my old 240....the little sr should be a crazy stump puller after that.

R32 gts-t skyline and a few 180sx and silvia's i believe....i got one off a skyline

all of them bolt right up...just make sure you get the diff with the matching axles...the jdm diffs have 5 bolt axles as opposed to to 6 bolt axles...very easy swap tho

it was an option in the earlier 180sx back when they came with the ca18det.

you can also buy the ring and pinion from courtesy nissan. 38100-00004http://www.courtesyparts.com/M..._Code=

i know that will fit in any r200. and probably in a few other nissan rear ends.

Compression ratio has very very little to do with spooling the turbocharger.
