Is there anyway to free up a siezed motor? as if the motor was sitting for so long that it just seized up and wont crank at all. the starter is trying, but it just cant turn it, and I cant either with brute force on the crankshaft bolt for the crank pulley

Sheesh, did you overheat? Maybe pour some seafoam into each cylinder and let it sit overnight. Turn it by hand in case there still oil in there the next day so you don't hydrolock.

Is it possible you're sitting on a bent valve? Try turning the motor the other way.

the valves seem good. the camshafts and the valves all move when the camshafts move that lil bit when I try to turn them. but the crankshaft wont turn. it didnt overheat, it has been sitting for about 8-9 months, so I dont know what has happened to it in that time. right now I have some rust penetrant soaking in the cyls, and I will check it tomorrow. if it has soaked through, I hope that the piston rings are freed. if it still wont turn, im gonna have to drop the oil pan, and see what the crankshaft looks like and the rods and bearings

maby somthing like the a/c compressor siezed or somthing, and that makes it imposible to turn the crank, remove all the belts then try it again

you put rust penetrant in the plug holes? was there any water in there? i have seen motors lock up with no oil before and we just let them cool off and poured oil in them. they started up fine(most of them). thats the toughness of nissan motors. if the cams are free, no plugs in cyls(compression), and it still wont turn...something is screwed up. the crank and bearings should not rust together as bearing babbitt is so soft. it sounds like mechanical blockage like a broken ring or object sitting on the piston. maybe something fell into the bellhousing.
