I need intructions on how to replace my door speaker for the 2001 QX4 please.

Mine is busted on the passenger side. I do have a general idea of how it is done, but I don't wanna miss a step and mess something up, I did that with my mercedes and now the door panel is a little loose.

Also, if anyone could link me to a place I could get a bumper and a grill. I've looked everywhere and I couldn't find anything.

Thank you man. Is putting everything back just as easy? Also, do you happen to know the dimensions of the stock speakers? I just want to know before I start taking things apart.
