so i finish my entire HG job ready to adjust the FPR and my front 2 injectors are leaking from the o-ring, but go figure i took them out to get tested and never got them tested so i am not surprised by the results.

anyhow i want some veryvery fast, today would be nice. My nissan dealership can't get them for 3 days, does anyone know of injectors from other vehicles that share the same o-ring? More popular ones... such as the DSM's? Other nissan vehicles? I am also going to call fuel service shops.

Any tips welcome!

frickin go to the stealership. It CANNOT possibly cost you more than a few bucks. Hell, get off your duff and go get some new ones from Ace Hardware or something. You can use any o-rings from anything with top feed injectors, so a ford dealership, anything that uses top feed bosch injectors (BMW, SAAB, I could go on all day). Basically go buy them from a dealership somewhere, they can't be very tough to track down.

hrmm well with new o-rings the same problem exists, on the same 2 injectors. I am almost positive it is the fuel rail. The inside looks clean, but it could be cleaner. Along the o-ring bore there are some imperfections looked to be caused by dirt over time then removal or twisting of the injectors.

Anyone have this issue upon injector (and/or o-ring) replacement?

you may have to have your fuel rail "reamed" at a machine shop.

wont cost more than a few dollars, dont have them oversize the bores just clean them up if they are rough.

my fuel rail needed reamed oversize to fit Venom fuel injectors.
