i changed my timing chain guides and tensioner put my motor back together and i don't have any oil pressure. the truck runs and starts well but it rattles. so i took the valve cover back off and started it. i could see the tensioner allowing the guide to move back and forth. my oil light is staying on. i took the oil pump back off, filled it with oil, started it and still the same thing is happening. i need help this is my work truck. it ran fine other than a small timing chain noise before i put the guides and tensioner in it. i made sure that the two oil seals that are in the cover are there but i didn't replace them. any info that will help would be good. thank you

Is the drive spindle installed? Is it correctly engaged with the distributor?
