I have a 1993 maxima and i was thinking of tokico blue HP's and k sport springs 2.2 inch drop in the front and 2 in the back is that good s***, give me some suggestions, also i have a horrible exhaust leak anyone with a preformance y-pipe give me a holler.

The blues are a great choice. I'm not to informed as far as k-sport springs, though.

yeah, i dont know about ksport either, i heard from a couple of friends there good and cheap, also does your ypipe leak on your max or is it broken period?

i've got tein s prings on hp struts and the ride is pretty rough. they're not really made for more than 1.5" drop so they might blow fairly fast.if you've got some $$ to spend get koni struts for the front and run hps in the rear.

btw the price of new springs + struts will be very close to coilovers - which are the best option for lowering/handling.

I hear ya brotha, na only one company makes coils for a 3rd gen max and they're 1,200 if you have other companies i would appreciate it if you gave em out to me.

KSport makes Coilovers as well, their GT-Pro adjustable Coilovers look real professional but ring in at $1,900. Middle of the road for KSport Coilovers are Version RR Coilovers for $1,650. Cheapest are Kontrol Pro Coilovers for $1,300. Those were the three that I was looking at, and the only 3 KSPort makes for a 4th Gen. I was looking at T-Tein springs as a cheaper option myself, as those coilovers are rather steep.
