I need help with NY inspections

I live in NY state, somewhat near the bay area, and I am having one hell of a time finding a place to buy a sticker for my inspection. It's back to a stock KA motor....but I'm not worried about that at all. My stock exhaust is broken behind the resonator, my back up lights only go on in 4th (so I removed them, lol), and my wheel speed sensor and spedometer are kind of shot. The car runs fine...I'd just like it on the road without spending that much time or money fixing it.
