i have a 07 2.5 s with 62k miles when i accelerate from stop i hear a clicking noise from the drivers side and i hear it the most at drive thrus or red lights. i have asked a few people that i know about it and some say it may be the ball joint or cv joint and one friend said it may be the engine mount so im not sure and i called nissan and they want $150 just to inspect it and ball joint is $300 and cv joint is $500 . so i just wondering if any may know what the problem is so i dont have to spend $150 on inspection.

Just so you know. The dealership only charges for the inspection if you don't get it fixed. If you have the repairs done then it's part of the job. They need to figure out what is wrong before they fix it. You don't tell them what to fix. That's why they are mechanics. Without hearing the noise it's really impossible to tell. Your friends all have good guesses though. Unless you know someone who is good with cars, you'll have no other choice but to bring it to a mechanic.
