With a little bit of quick research on this, it looks like this is referred to as a slip joint housing. From here, you can add just about any flange you want by using the apporpriate slip joint adapter. This needs to be welded to this type of housing. If you know your turbo trim size, you may be able to simply order a housing with your desired flange alrady welded on. If it were me, I'd go for the V-Band. It's much simpler to work with should you need to ever remove the turbo. Also if you have it welded on, take it to a reputable welder, not just the muffler guy down the street. Welding cast iron takes a lot of time to do as they have to heat the entire piece up, then weld, then bring the temperature of the object down slowly over a period of time(up to 24 hours). If they say anything about using any type of electric welding, walk away. They have no idea what they are doing. Ask the welder about the procedure so you know if understands how to properly weld cast iron. I had to have a cast iron manifold welded once and you would not believe how many welders have no idea how to properly weld cast iron.
