i need help with my timing on my 91 KA24DE

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

my KA is running like **** it dies out and wont stay running i was wonderin if someone can give me advice on what to do like the pin by the crank pulley what notch does it suppose to line up to and how the distributor should be placed and so on but yea i would really appreciate any help you guys can give thanx
