I need help with my swaped KA24

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Okay i swaped a ka24 back into my 240... I tired starting it up and it turns over but no fire... i check fireing order and its correct... new plugs, new wires, new distributor.... i had it bumping a few times but no continues firing. the last time i tired it i turned my key off and one loud backfire happened.. all grounds are on and even added more... I need help because i can't find the problem.... PLEASE HELP!!!

Your timing is off, most likely 180* from where it needs to be at.
