I need help with my s13 digital cluster!!!

Hi people im new on this forum so just wondering if anyone had experienced having trouble on the digital cluster in S13 coupe because my Speed control and head unit display (HUD) doesnt work. the illumination light doesnt work either but the tach, temp, fuel and warning light are ok. any suggestion or help will be appreciated.. thank you

I checked all the fuses and there all fine.

alot of people are replacing the TCU's and it's fixing the problem, I have yet to try it on mine. But the TCU is located by the fuses on the driver side kick panel (white box)
