When i am driving, and i put the gear on neutral, the RPM Gage seems to always fall below 600 RPM and its pissing me off cuz im always worried it might not turn back on if it ever shuts off.

I think your problem isnt your "RPM gauge" It might be your idle.

So my next questtion would be... How can i fix my idle so it wont fall below what it is supposed to?

Find out what's causing you idle to drop.Probably a vacuum leak.
