i need help with my rb25det

ok heres a stupid question, but does anyone know the torque specs of the connecting rods and main bearings bed plate. i have all the torque specs for the head, but if someone could help me with the lower engine that would be great.

for the connecting rods 1st torque is 10-12 ft lbs 2nd torque is 60-65 with and angle wrench (not a torque wrench). For the mains it is 34-38 ft lbs but you must torque them in sequence Start in center and do 1and 2 then one to the rightof center 3-4 then one to the left of the center 5-6 and so on .After finished check that the crank turns freely with out binding and make sure you put a little oil on the bolt threads and seats.
