i need help with my new ka24e engine it is running rich

so i blew up my old ka24e engine so i put in a new one in and it did not work right

so i had a mechanic look at my car he ran a fuel pressure test it was too high and some electrical test......

so what it came down to is that my car has too much fuel going to it runs rich the pressure is too high what could it be?

he dont know whats wrong with it so im stuck now.... so its running rich black smoke out of the exhaust...

if we cut the pressure down by squeezing the fuel line it runs right. any one think they know any thing it might be? any one ever have a similar problem? let me know please thanks.

i have tried putting in a new fpr and spark plugs and my return line is not kinked none of these have fixed the problem

this is my daily driver and has been down since august and i really need this car to run for school and work

perhaps they're not the stock injectors? maybe you have an after market fuel pump delivering too much. you may not be getting enough air either. not enough air and too much fuel will cause it to run rich
