i need help with my 97 240sx exhaust

i was looking at getting new exhaust for my 240. my rear o2 sensor is acting up so should i get a new o2 or front cat the cat may be bad? then since it has two can i eliminate the second one and put a catback on with a resonater?

There is so many things wrong here.

Well the first question you should be asking yourself is .... "Do you think Nissan decided what the hell lets put a second sensor on there for no reason at all." Its there for a reason.

I don't know any 240 that have 2 catalytic converters on them. One is a dummy, its hollow and the other is real.

Or maybe I just don't know what the hell your talking about.

how is your "rear" o2 sensor acting up?

is it throwing a code? or did you just wake up and come to the realization that its acting up?

240s have one o2 sensor btw.if your cats clogged. or bad.. your car will feel sluggish.
