Hey guys, I could really use some help right about now..
I have been trying to no avail to replace the wheel bearing in my 2004 Nissan Maxima for the past three days, but the damn axle nut refused to break loose. I sorta gave up on it for the time being... But now, after putting everything back together, the front right caliper keeps grinding against the rotor. There seems to be too much play in the sliding pin. Anyone with a lot experience willing to come give me a hand? I am really not in a position to pay a shop a considerable amount of money just to make an adjustment or such.
The brakes have barely 1000 miles on them... Please someone help

Holy Crap man,

Any luck yet?

What are you using to break the nut loose?

It's either a 32 or 36mm nut.

What are you planning on pressing the bearing out with?

I'm assuming the front right wheel is where you were working, right? I'd pull it back off and take a peek to see what's going on in there...
