i need help with a very confusing problem fast as im heading out to collage soon

ok here is my problem. i have a 1989 nissan 240sx coupe with the ka24de swap and i drove it for a while after i bought it and only had one problem which was the brake light intermitantly turns on and has this annoying buzzing noise but the catch is the light goes out when i accelerate and the buzzer goes on they never occure at once.

ok now the major problem ill be driving along and my car will just stop accelerating it dosent shut off but will just idle down and i am forced to down shift till eventually it comes to a stop and stalls out and wont start till its cool or filled with oil. i replaced the oil pressure sensor and the o2 sensor just for the hell of it but still no luck i really need some help and input on this i need to drive this car out to ohio in two weeks for college from ny. and im going to unoh for automotive and motorsports so ill be able to learn how to fix it when im down there but i just need to make it there first and cant have it die out on me when im on the express way

"college" anyway. how overboard did you fill the oil? that is never a good idea. brake light and buzzing. somebody f***ed up the wiring or something. good luck figuring that one out.

the oil was not overfilled just to the full line and maybe the brake problem is wiring but the other problem is not and that is what i really need some helpfull input on.
