I Need Help With a Promblem

I have a 1991 240sx and the problem is that from start up of motor (cold) to normal temp the engine runs like a beast, but as it gets closer to normal running temp, my power slags away and eventaly im cussing at the thing to get going when i need it too. I have got rid of the cat with a cat test pipe. Have tried a different MAF off a Altima(KA24de), check fuel pressure, vaccumm lines, purge canister, and i ran the self diaonastic off the ecu and it indacated that the motor was running constant lean while laying into the throttle, and i have checked the timing. I dont really known anything else to check and have no idea what else it could be, besides maybe faulty ECU... So anybody that thinks they can help, please do, its driving me insane.

P.S. I also have a custom cold air intake ran to front bumber vent, 10.2mm Vision Performance wires, Bosh +2 plugs, and cat test pipe. Just a few mods i thought i would let ya'll know about and problem existed before all mods were made. Thanks Alot!!

Given that it's a temperature related thing, I would replace the temp sensor.

Well, I'm still unsuccessful on finding out what is the deal with my car. Actually it has gotten worse, it misses at low rpms and doesnt even run normal at all, cold or hot. Brother and I have went threw the Actual Nissan Manual and have checked everything. I have ordered a OBD1 Consult cable and Nissan Scan Tech software. Hoping to find the source of the problem, and if not, then I will start on a RB25 swap. Still anyone with an idea with what is wrong with my car, PLEASE let me know. To recap on my problem:First, my car would run fine from cold start to bout normal running temp. As the motor warmed up, power lagged off and my the ecu self dia said my motor was running lean. Thought it was MAF, since i beleive that the car from cold runs off the throttle position sensor so ecu is not running off MAF readings, thurs running normal till it read the MAF signals. Well tried another MAF still nothing and cleaned both with MAF Cleaner. We checked the timing, ect ect... Still nothing. Now for bout two weeks now, It has been missing at low rpms, 1500 to 2800 rpms (from take off) and does not run normal at all. So someone please help me.
