I need help w/ O2 Sensors for a 2002 Pathfinder

I'm new to this--so please bear w/me. I have a 2002 Pathfinder--the O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2 needs to be replaced--this sensor has Red sheathing--but I was also told to replace the one w/white sheathing also. Are these both rear sensors? Does any one know the factory part number for these 2? The dealers I have called have been no help except to give me high pricing to replace!

No disrespect intended-- Thanks for this much, so then, what is the part numbers for the Black sheathing & the Blue sheathing & the location of them? Can you recommend an OEM site to get the parts?

Can you help me with a good, reliable site to get the O2 sensors for my car? I am still curious what the Black & Blue sheathing numbers are & location of both? GONISSANTOM was helpful with info but I still need help!
