i need help timing my sr

bought my sr with out a cas and i need to know how to re time itcan anyone help me ;}

I was gonna point you towards Phase 2. They used to have a page up that you hosted this picture:

This is from the S14 FSM (which is your friend btw), and the last time I had to reinstall a CAS on my motor, the car acted like it was 180 degrees off. Which it turned out to be. The simple solution to that is to turn the motor over to #1 TDC of the exhaust stroke and then set the CAS. Hope that helps ya!
