I have another thread going, but now i have a different question.
I had a mechanic do an sr swap for me, but unfortunately the motor is stumbling at idle. It sounds like it's gonna die. It stops if you leave the motor running a few minutes. My mechanic says theres either a compression leak somewhere or i have a bad headgasket. Someone else said it sounds like i have a blown turbo. If you remove the oil cap on top of the valve cover you see some white condensation in the middle. possibly water getting into the motor? If i drive the car and boost it high, the idle rpms also drops below 1grand and i have to rev the motor to keep the engine alive. What do you guys think could possibly be the problem?
Also... wheres a good place to mount the blow off valve, and would getting a z32 maf help my motor from stalling? what's a blow through? would recirculating my hks ssqv remove the blow off valve sound?
im a moron.. please answer my moronic questions. Thanks.
