So, when I first bought my truck it overheated and I warped my head, and I got a new one, but ever since then I have to go like under 60 or the temperature will go way up, and it freaks me out. I dont know, what should do.

Ok so hoave you cheked the cooling system You may need a new radiator may be clogged.  what year is the truck?  I had a 72 620 that I could never take over 60 even with a new radiator the problem is the radiator was just to small. I think if youinstall one from a 76 or later it will solve your problem but first get the one you have checked and cleaned or replaced.
