i need help

ok i got the motor back in and everything hooked up right.

but when i went to try and start it nothing.i checked all my connections and there fine.but when i went to turn the switch back on it has no power on the on position.but when its on the acc. position it has some power enought to run the radio and turbo timer but no to turn the lights on our the flashers.i have tryed 3 batterys and the same.i checked the ground and its fine.

so any help would be great.

check all the fuses in the fuse box in the engine bay and in the driver's kick panel?

i have a short somewhere.it keeps blowing the fuse in the battery relocate kit.so today im going to look at all the wiring again.
