NOW after all that i dont really know what to do i want a great strong rb25 and im building my car for drift other than body work what else show i get i was thinking of getting a new turbo maybe gt30 i really dont know i need help spending about 6grand

drive it first get a good feel on engine response then start from the basics. Ecu then fuel and then the turbo comes into play. Top end or mid response. Slowly go into the motor. Take ur time. Hell invest that 6 g's then next year do a nice rb26!

and a full race manifold.. or something else that is good, i just bought a genuine apexi Top mount Cast Manifold, with the wastegate flange right below the inlet, for great response from the wastegate, and ima slap a gt3076 on my RB... i saw your swap on tylers and carinas myspace, or killswitch performance, and i envied you for quite some time lol.

Wow that is a clean install! I love the blue on silver engine bay scheme.

If you want to burn $6k you can jump in and buy a 6boost manifold, GT35R, standalone ecu, fuel injectors, and be somewhere in the neighborhood of $4k.
