I need help removing my 03 m45 rear seats

Hello everyone. I've been trying to remove my rear seats, but I don't want to risk breaking anything. I have been researching around and still can't figure it out. I want to remove my back seats because the middle seatbelt is behind the rear seats itself. That's the way I bought it and I want to get it fixed asap. Can someone please teach me or shoot me a link of some kind write on how to remove the rear seats. Thank you

Sounds like you only need to remove the bottom cushion, which is pretty easy.

If you look just under the front of each seat pad, you'll see a wire loop that goes into a little plastic lock. There should be a plastic D-ring sticking out, just pull on it and the wire loop should come out. Release both sides, and the bottom cushions should lift right out.
