I need help/rattling noise with video

ok, so below I will link a video to my 2010 altima making a rattling noise for about 15 seconds upon startup. It goes away after 15 seconds then I can here it once and awhile when driving if window is down. Does this sound like the heat shield or a cat converter? I pray to god it isnt because I know the dealer would destroy me on cost for cat converter. Thanks for any input!
