I need HELP (pivot light adjuster)

Can anyone please help me out. i recently bought the pivot light adjuster (sleepy eyes) and i installed it according the the manual and it still doesn't work. i don't know if it maybe a wiring issue( wrong wires spliced) i dont know. i need some info or pics or troubleshooting will help because i can't find anything on the net. thx

I have seen several posts here about the DIY sleepy eyes...but I dont know about the actual "purchased" item...maybe if you look over those threads it will give you an idea of what to look for on yours...just a thought .. but I dont really know without being able to look at what you have..sorry
