I need help in finding a shop...

to resurface my flywheel and or turn it to lower the rotating mass of it.
Well it definitely needs to be resurfaced but also removing some of the rotating mass would be good. I don't want to go to a lightened flywheel as this is a daily driver.

I live in Laurel, MD, zip is 20707. I've checked out AAMCO but they send flywheels out to be resurfaced IF they pull it. They sent me to 2 other places but I struck out there too.

Can anyone here lend a hand? Where can I take it to to get the work done?
