My car is heating up, but only when I have it on for a certain time, for example I stand waiting for the train to pass or at a red light for a long time, do not turn on any sensor and if exist any sensor where i can find it? Another thing , when I open the hoop, I've noticed is that one of the fans is not working, I do not have any oil leaks, Could you give me your opinion?

Welcome aboard, Albe!

Both fans will not turn on unless your AC is on. Open your hood and verify (with AC on) that both are functioning.

When you say the car "is heating up," where does the needle point on the gauge?

A few things to try first: Is the radiator and condenser clear of debris and dirt? Spraying the radiator (in reverse direction of airflow) will push debris and dirt out of the cooling fins. #1 cause of overheating!

Also:
Is your coolant level correct?
When was the cooling system flushed? It should be done annually, now that the car is 10+ years old.
Have you ever replaced the thermostat?
Have the hoses and radiator cap been replaced?

Does sound rather normal acting
Have you seen the other fan ever come on before?

If not you should make sure power is getting to the fan motor first

Albel1983 is correct. If cleaning the radiator be careful of the carwash "magic wand"-it has so much
power it can bend your cooling fins and even put a hole in your radiator-better
to use a regular water hose with city water pressure until you are proficient at the cleaning

You might watch your car run and make sure the belts are not slipping ( as the belt
helps power the water pump, crank pulley & timing chain)

Thanks for your advices,
The needle point on the gauge, begins to slowly climb to reach the top, then starts down when I put the car back on track
I check my coolant level and it is correct,
Sometimes, I have my AC on and one fan will not start, and then after a while starts running. One thing I did last week was swapping cables and I have not had more problems, but neither I dont have the opportunity to see if it worked

about my betls, I change a month ago and nothing

There could be some air in the cooling system
What I have done is to take off the radiator cap and start the car
Squeeze the upper and lower radiator hoses while the car is running, especially after the thermostat opens
Watch the temperature and see if you can get it to "level out"
It would be best if the front of the car is slightly elevated (auto ramps on front wheels maybe)
I think there are numerous post regarding "burping" your radiator
