I need help for sentra spec-v 02

I have a Nissan Sentra spec-v 2002 and I want to know how to put a fuel pressure regulator in it because I cant find were it goes. Any help would be very appreciated.

Gas regulator? I'm not familiar with that terminology. Care to explain?

Ahh, post has been edited. The FPR in the Specs is attached to the fuel pump, which is in the fuel tank, which is accessible under the back seat.
