I need an exhaust side flange to build my down pipe. I ordered this one, but It doesn't fit.

Something with a straight piece of pipe welded on a flange will be fine, I'm sure there is something out there, but I haven't found it.
Also a flanged piece to start my IC piping, not sure what this piece is called...
I also need to clock this turbo, I don't know how, but here are some pics on the head of.... a Toyota 22re.
On a side note, I'm having some issues bolting the manifold to the head. The guy that built it for me offered either 1.25in or 1.5in runners, and of course I went with 1.5in
As you can see the mounting nut is hitting the weld. I can grind the weld to make it fit, but there are a couple other holes that are already drilled into the weld (only slightly), but I would have to grind a lot out. I could use hex bolts, but those are studs and I would really like to use them. I have also thought about cutting washers to a 'c' and stacking them up around the welds, but It's going to get really hot and I don't want to have a failure or at the least have to be re tightening the nuts.
Help me build a bad a** little pickup!
