i need help diagnosising this sound!! [Engine] problem found

I know this might be a common sound for experts to diagnosis, but I'm no expert and have no clue! Please help!! :confused:

it was the timinig chain guide that broke off, i assume its safe to not reinstall one, as it seems it is not needed.

The top guide is no longer needed according nissan. You might look into a timing chain kit or atleast a tension to take up the slack that appears to be in your chain if your top guide broke.
