i need help badly...diagrams and tech q's

ive searched allready and my chiltons book doesnt even have the ka24de vaccum diagram in it..... so if anybody knows where to find it please help me.... mainly the t/b diagram and egr along with the 2 solenoids on the back side of the head .... ive been fighting this thing for 2 days and it keeps throwing the egr and knock codes... i've replaced the knock sensor fixored the wires for it"they were cut" and removed the top timing chain guides..."i heard thats ok to do.. so i dont know what else to do.. ive got a solus scanner and it says egr and knock also.... i read that the egr could possibly be thorwing the knock code 2...on the egr problem ive checked for clogging.. none... sucked on the vaccum live and it actuates fine.. then i check for vaccum to the egr at 2000 rpm and i dont have any.. and that come from the solenoids on the back of the head??????? so if anybody knows the part numbers for the solenoids on the back of the head that would help alot too.... ive check for holes in the vaccum lines and found a couple and fixed them but it still isnt working.. i do have suffecient vaccum.. also i can take vaccum right off the intake mani. and hook it straight to the egr and it responds so wtf????????? please help..if i could just get a good diagram for vaccum and these solenoid part numbers i could fix this turd..thank you x 1000000000000
