i need help asap on replacing valves and rods on 1990 infiniti q45

i have a infiniti q45 1990 and i need to replace the valves and the rods does anyone know were i can get pics or directions on how to do this on this car ive done it on other vehicles but never one like this but i need pics and directions and approx. how long it takes to do the job if any one can help... this is my personal vehicle

Connecting rods? Valves bent? Hydraulically locked or timing chain guide failure?

Better to just swap engine swith a good junker doner- less down time, probobly less cost, and easier.
